Com gols de Léo Natel, Jô e Gustavo Mosquito, Timão bateu o Coxa em casa e saiu de campo com mais três pontos na bagagem Saiu a primeira vitória do Timão no Brasileirão Assaí! Corinthians e Coritiba entraram em campo na noite desta quarta-feira (19), em partida válida pela quarta rodada. E na Arena, o Alvinegro fez o dever de casa e conquistou o triunfo por 3 a 1. Com o resultado, os paulistas somam agora quatro pontos, com um jogo a menos. Já o Coxa segue sem pontuar na competição.  O jogo Na Arena Corinthians, o Coritiba não se intimidou e foi para cima. Mas o ímpeto dos visitantes durou até os 15 minutos, quando Yan Sasse foi expulso. Com um a mais em campo, o Timão passou a controlar o jogo. Na marca dos 25, a equipe paulista teve a bola na marca da cal após pênalti sofrido por Léo Natel. Na cobrança, Jô parou em Wilson. O VAR checou o lance, pegou uma infração do goleiro e mandou voltar a penalidade. E, na segunda tentativa, Jô novamente viu Wilson salvar o Coxa.

Modern ventilation system is one of the strengths of the stage of swimming and water polo competitions in Rio 2016.

Conceived from sustainability principles, the Olympic Aquatic Stadium was officially opened on Friday (8), in Barra da Tijuca, West Zone. And the venue for the competitions of swimming and water polo in the Rio 2016 Games has begun drawing attention for the innovative ventilation system, which provides a considerable energy saving.
The City Hall, who oversaw the construction of the arena (with investments from the federal government), estimates that it would take 10,000 air conditioners to cool the site. However, about fifteen thousand small holes in the structure ensures air circulation and should provide mild temperatures for the spectators in the Olympic Bar Park during the Olympic and Paralympic competitions.
"In fact, blows a nice breeze here," he noted the president, Dilma Rousseff, attended the event, along with Mayor Eduardo Paes, the governor of Rio de Janeiro, Francisco Dornelles, and Carlos Nuzman, president of the Rio 2016 Committee.

The Olympic Aquatic Stadium has two pools, one for competition and one for training, each with a capacity of 3.7 million liters. The front seats are just 10 meters from the water. A special filter system adopted reduces by 25% the use of chemicals, and temperature regulation ensures temperature between 25 and 28 degrees, according to Fina's recommendations (Internaciona Swimming Federation).

The Water Stadium will host its first competition this month: 15 to 20 April, the Maria Lenk Trophy, national championship worth Olympic classification for national athletes. From 22 to 24, who falls into the pools are the stars of Paralympic swimming (with the participation of 212 athletes from 19 countries). 25 to 29, is the time water polo test event.
In the Olympic Games, the facility will host all the swimming events (between 6 and 13 August) and also the key phases of the water polo (14-20 Aug). The Paralympics, swimming will be held on site between 8 and 17 September.
Just as the Arena of the Future, which will be dismantled and will have parts used for the construction of four public schools, the Aquatic Olympic Stadium will be reshaped after the Games and turned into two water center.

Sport with art

The Olympic Aquatic Stadium also innovates in its "face": the exterior of the structure is enveloped by the work of renowned Brazilian artist Adriana Varejao. Sixty-six panels, each 27 meters, reproduce "Coelacanth Causes Tsunami" exposed installation at Inhotim (MG) Institute, whose references Portuguese and Baroque tiles. All panels were given anti-ultraviolet treatment to help regulate the temperature of installation.
